I provide face to face counselling in a peaceful and quiet space where we can explore any areas of your life you want to discuss. Or, if you prefer, I also offer counselling online.
Counselling is not me giving you advice or telling you what you should do. It is a confidential space where you can explore the things that are concerning you.
I will help you achieve greater self-awareness and insight so you can make the right choices for you. We’ll take things at a pace that is comfortable for you. I aim to put you at ease so that you can address even the most sensitive issues.
I have experience working with:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Dissociation
- Faith and spiritual growth
- Low self-worth
- PTSD
- Relationship issues
- Stress
- Trauma and abuse
- Work related issues
At the first session we’ll discuss what you want from counselling and assess whether I am the right counsellor for you. Some people decide to continue with counselling straight away, others need time to think about it. If you choose to continue, we’ll arrange a further appointment. These are typically weekly, 50 minutes in duration. For some clients a short period of counselling (6-10 sessions) is enough, others want to work at greater depth and so come for further sessions. The choice is always yours.
