My name is Keren Proctor. I am experienced in helping people struggling with depression, trauma and other difficulties that life brings. It has been a privilege to see people’s lives transformed as we have worked together.
I also have members of my family who have struggled with mental health problems and have first-hand experience of how this impacts their lives and the lives of those around them.
I have a diploma in Integrative Counselling with specific training in Person Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) approaches. We can explore whichever approach best suits your needs.
Some clients want to look at how their faith impacts their situation. If so, please mention this in one of your sessions. I am happy to support you in this, but as with every aspect of counselling, the decision on what areas to explore is entirely yours.
I follow counselling best practise, including regular supervision and Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
